Deactivating users

You can deactivate a user to remove system access for that user. This does not delete the user; you can reactivate them in the future if necessary.

To deactivate a user:

  1. Go to Users > Manage Users.
  2. Click the X to the right of the user you want to deactivate.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Select whether you want to remove the time blocks this user is assigned to, or leave the time blocks open and unassigned, and then click Deactivate User.
