Deactivating users
You can deactivate a user to remove system access for that user. This does not delete the user; you can reactivate them in the future if necessary.
To deactivate a user:
- Go to Users > Manage Users.
- Click the X to the right of the user you want to deactivate.
- Click OK.
- Select whether you want to remove the time blocks this user is assigned to, or leave the time blocks open and unassigned, and then click Deactivate User.
