Logging Into WorkSchedule.Net Using Okta

Once the Otka SSO is setup, users of the WorkSchedule.Net account can login through the company-specific login page:

  1. Go to https://workschedule.app/?ID=123456789 (Your Company ID)

  2. Click the “Login with Okta” button

  3. If your WorkSchedule.Net account is not yet linked to your Okta account, it will then ask you to login to your WorkSchedule.Net account to complete the link.

You can remove a linked Okta account from a WorkSchedule.Net account by going to Profile Settings → Single Sign-on and clicking “Disconnect Okta Login.”

Note: Once enabled and a user account is linked to an Okta account, the user can only log into the WorkSchedule.Net account through Okta. Old passwords will no longer work for the user.
